If the outfit does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of receipt. We kindly ask that the products be returned to us intact and packed in the original Silence Please bag. Any items in conditions that do not satisfy the above will not be refunded and will be returned to you.
To return an item to us, please follow the following process:
- Email us at info@silencepleasecollection.com and tell us which items do you like to return. You will receive a return authorization provided by email. No returns will be accepted without the authorization provided by email.
- Pack the items. Use the original packaging provided to wrap the item(s) you are returning.
- Use your own forwarder. Send us the package to

Once a return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded to your account. The refund does not include shipping costs.
Once we have confirmed that the returned article(s) are in perfect condition, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you of the amount that will be credited to your account.
Customized products cannot be returned.
